Viable™ Rainwater Systems are available in the following packages:
System 33 - Below Ground Garden Watering Package
Rainwater is collected from the roof and filtered before being collected in and underground tank. A choice of submersible or transportable pump then draws the water through a floating intake and delivers it to your garden. Tank sizes vary from 1000 litres to 150000 litres.
System 22-Budget Garden Plus Package
Budget underground package with everything the developer/homeowner needs. Storage capacity of 2400 litres and four stage cleaning process. Two bar submersible pump.
System 66 - Below Ground Garden/House Package
Rainwater is collected from the roof and filtered before being collected in an underground tank. A choice of submersible or self priming pumpset then draws water through a floating intake and delivers water at mains pressure to dedicated pipework systems for W.C. flushing, laundry, car washing and garden irrigation
Options include:
Mains top-up system, level indication for tanks, twin pump sets for duty/standby operation, water meters to monitor water savings and tank sizes are available from 2000 litres to 200000 litres.
System 77 - Above Ground Garden/House Package
A similar system to the below ground system except the rainwater is stored in an above ground tank. This is the ideal solution to retrofit to an existing property where excavation is not possible or desired. Tank sizes range from 600 lires to 20000 litres
The 4 stage cleaning process in brief
1. The rainwater flows from the roof to the filter, the dirt particles and debris are separated from the water, the dirt is washed away to a soakaway with a small amout of rainwater
2. By using an underground tank, the water is stored in dark and cool conditions, this allows and fine residual particles to settle to the bottom of the tank. The Calmed Inlet prevents any disturbance of the sedimentation layer. At the same time the Calmed Inlet ensures oxygenated water is introduced into the water. The oxygen rich water prevents anaerobic conditions forming and ensures the water stays fresh.
3. Any particles that are lighter than water float slowly to the surface. the expertly designed Overflow Siphon removes this floating layer.
4. The pump intake floats just below the water surface where the cleanest water lies, from this position the water is extracted by the pump. A ball float suspends the the pump intake.
